Obverse
The center of the national side of the coin (obverse) bears a symbol of energy – the bird of freedom, soaring dynamically and vigorously upward. The lightning motifs symbolize energy and purpose. At the top of the coin, the bird’s head morphs into a stylized version of the Columns of the Gediminas, while the wings illustrate the harmony between internal energy sources and new external connections. “Lietuva” (Lithuania) is inscribed on the left of the composition, and the right bears the year of issue (2026) and the mintmark of the Lithuanian Mint. The coin’s outer ring displays the 12 stars of the EU flag

Reverse
A geographical map of Western Europe spans the outer ring and inner core on the right side of the coin. The inscription 2 EURO is superimposed over the map of Europe, with the numeral “2” located in an open field representing the eastern Atlantic Ocean. 12 stars are located on the right side of the outer ring, with six stars atop the map of Europe and six stars below it; six vertical stripes cut across the inner core of the coin, visually connecting the upper and lower star segments
